1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using goldvaultpro.com (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your login credentials confidential.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- One person should not maintain multiple accounts without our consent.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Deposits, investments and withdrawals
Deposits, plan purchases and withdrawals are processed subject to the options available on the Platform. Applicable plan terms are shown before you confirm any investment. Withdrawals may take time to process and are subject to verification and applicable limits.
5. Risks and no guarantee
Trading and investment involve risk. Past or planned returns are not a guarantee of future results. Gold, forex and other financial instruments can gain or lose value, and you may receive back less than you invested. You are responsible for understanding these risks before investing. 6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Platform to:
- Violate any law, regulation or third-party right.
- Launder money, fund illegal activity or engage in fraud.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or the Platform's systems.
- Reverse engineer, scrape or abuse the Platform or its APIs.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldVault Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, or for losses related to market movements or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that present security or legal risk, and we may refuse or reverse transactions as required to comply with law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
